CANCELLATION, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

We thank you and appreciate your association with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any use of our service. We make every effort to render the service requested as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each service. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations the service is found to be delayed or unsatisfactory and service is being cancelled and refunded then the following policy shall govern such cancellation.

    The Website in its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
  • a. if it suspects a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
  • b. if it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or
  • c. in case of unavoidable situations where provision of the service requested is not possible.
  • d. if the pincode is not serviceable by our shipping partner
  • e. if the product fails the last Quality Check
  • f. error in pricing / invoiceing / order placement

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of product service specifications, the details of the Service as reflected on the Site may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Website. In such event, the Website reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards usage of such services.We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users, and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.

In the event that the service requested by the Customer is cancelled the money paid for such service shall be partially refunded to the Customer. Such refund shall take a minimum of 21 days to process and get refunded.

In case a Customer decides to cancel his service request on his own accord, then the Website shall try, in its best extent to rectify the shortcomings in the service, in the event where the customer requires it, but the decision to provide the Customer the said refund shall be the sole right and discretion of the Website and the decision of the Website shall be final. In the event of the refund being refused by the Website, it shall not be held liable or accountable by the Customer as the Website has the sole discretion with respect to the refund and that shall be final.

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT

We have a 3 days replacement Policy, Subject to the following terms

a. Any defect due to physical damage / liquid damage will not be accepted

b. Any physical damage has to be brought to the notice of the company within 24 hours of delivery. If the website is not functional for any reason, a email with photographs of the damage has to be written to [email protected]. A video while unboxing will make your case stronger. This can be sent to us via website or any other links

c. Refund or replacement can only be applied only in the first 3 days from delivery and that also incase of defects in functioning of the phone or if wrong product has been shipped. There will be no requests entertained for the dislike for personal choices, like colour, size etc. Post 3 days no requests will be entertained. All requests have to be made via the website and images have to be uploaded. If the website is not functional for any reason, a email with photographs of the damage has to be written to [email protected]. A video while unboxing will make your case stronger. This can be sent to us via website or any other links

Refund or replacement will be governed by the following terms:

a. If no replacement available then

b. Lower value product & difference will be given to the customer, subject to his virtual acceptance of the look of the phone

c. Higher value phone, no additional charge. At the discreation of the management

e. If the refund is applied from a non serviceable zone, then the buyer has to ship the material by himself. Courier charges subject to a maximum of Rs 300 or the value of the product whichever is lower will be reimbursed, on production of a valid courier payment receipt

f. If no defect is found, product will not be returned or replaced
