Shipping Policy

1. We Ship across India with our tie-ups with reputed courier companies. Delivery charges are applicable and will be visible to you on the order summary page.

2. Free Shipping - We provide free shipping over order of Rs 500/-. Kindly check the order summary page before placing an order to check if free shipping is applicable or not on your cart.

3. Estimated delivery time is location based. Generally reputed courier takes around 5-7 Business working days after the confirmation has been taken from the customer by our team. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which OldSold.in is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as OldSold.in continuously tries to naught such instances.

4. The amount shown on the final summary page is the final amount you need to pay. Delivery charges are shown on the order summary page.

5. There are some pin codes which may be deliverable but does not have the facility of COD

  • a. After receiving the order our team will check for the service and COD option, and if it is not available, our team will call you to inform you for the same. In case of non-availability, you can make an online payment to us and we will deliver that product to you once we receive the online payment.
  • b. Our courier partner has limits on the cash amount they can collect depending on the destination, in this case you can make an online payment to us and we will ship the product accordingly.

 

6. OldSold.in reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.

7. Returns and cancellation are allowed and are treated as per policies mentioned in the “Cancelation and refund policies” page

9. We currently delivery only in India. We do not deliver internationally.
