OldSold.in as a company policy, deals only with genuine and original products unlike clone or duplicate or look-a-like products

Actual images of the products are available on the website. For the ones missing, stock images from the respective websites are uploaded
1.5 Is there any warranty on the product & will I get warranty card?
Our System is linked to Product Invoice and all the services will be catered from here, so no need of Warranty Card. All the information relating to services in warranty will be visible on the Product page and also on Product Invoice to give clear visibility on our services
1.6 What if my product stops working after the warranty period ends?
We provide a specific warranty period for all our products. Once the warranty expires, we will not be able to replace the product, and repairs are to be done from your end. However, we can guide on what needs to be done
1.7 My device is taking a lot of time for boot up / start / Power on/ charging. What can be issue?
The product is being switched off to preserve battery, so once you receive the product kindly go through instruction manual to get the battery running. Battery should be charged till 100% and then discharged till 0%, this needs to be done 3 times as this helps the chemicals in the battery get fully live and start running smoothly.
1.8 Is this product used/second-hand?
Yes, this product is Used/ Second- hand. Second- hand Products are the products which are used by a Consumer or an Owner. Refurbished Products are also known as Repaired Products which are sold in the market, in exchange of Currency / Product / Service.
1.9 Are the products checked before shipping?
Yes, products are checked by our professional team before they are shipped to the customers.
1.10 Do we repair products that we sell?
Most products we sell needs no repair. In case some do, they are very minor and are repaired by expert technicians with great care.

1.14 Do we get original charger or accessories in the box, along with the product?
No, we provide compatible charger for the product, and it comes in our own OldSold.in packaging box. In case the product was received to OldSold.in with original charger and in working condition then the same is provided to customer
2.1 While I was placing an order the product went out of stock, what should I do?
Due to multiple orders being placed on the same time the product can go out of stock. However, you can contact us directly for the same on: https://oldsold.in/contact & We will try to do assist
2.2 How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Our dedicated Customer Care team shall confirm the order over the call and post the confirmations delivery shall take place to avoid any miscommunications
2.3 Can I modify my order one it is placed?
You cannot modify an existing order in case the shipment is dispatched. However, you may make a special request for cancelation and based on the courier partner our team will try to help but cannot commit the same
2.4 Can we make payments in parts?
We do provide EMI option. You can check it on the payment page.
2.5 I tried to pay online but it failed, what should I do now?
There are various scenarios where a payment might fail such as incorrect card details entered, timeout, wrong otp entered, server outage of the bank, accidental refresh of the page and etc. If a payment is deducted from your account, it will get credited back to your account automatically, if not then you can contact us and we will do the needful regarding the same.
2.6 I am unable to get COD option when checking out, why?
The reason for not being able to select cash on delivery is because that product falls under the online payment option only or COD is not available on that location.

3.1 How will I know the status of my refund?
Refund process will take minimum 7 working days, once product is received by us. In case your refund has not been credited even after 7 days of delivery at our premises, then you may reach us directly on [email protected]
3.2 Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel the order by contacting us over call or sending an e-mail or directly through OldSold.in portal.
Please Note: Orders will not be cancelled once shipped
3.3 What is the Return policy?
If you receive a package that has been damaged or tampered with it in any way, please do not accept it. If already accepted, please inform us within 12 hours. Return policy varies depending on the product.

Yes, if the product is not damaged in any way then you get your full money back.

4.1 Do you deliver anywhere in India?
Yes, we deliver all over India, depending on the pin code serviceable by our partner courier company. We deliver in 17,000 pincodes, we are adding more pincodes everyday
4.2 How do I know if you deliver at my location?
Once your order is placed, our team will check if your pin code is serviceable and inform you for the same during the order confirmation call.
4.3 Is there a delivery charge?
For the shipments above invoice value Rs.500, delivery shall be free and for the shipments below 500 delivery charges are applicable which is seen on the website at the time payment of your order
4.4 Do I get open delivery option wherein I can open the product in front of the courier person?
At the moment we do not have this option but in case of any issues with the product, Customers can return the product within first 7 days of delivery and OldSold.in WILL NOT ASK FOR ANY QUESTIONS FOR THIS RETURN, as we believe in customer comfort and great buying / returning experience
4.5 How will my order be delivered?
All the orders are shipped through our registered courier partners on the customer given addresses
4.6 Do we provide same day delivery or fast delivery?
At the moment we do not provide same day delivery service but by default we provide express delivery to all our customers.
4.7 Can I get my order at a particular date and time?
Currently there is no such facility available however you may request a differed delivery when the courier member calls you for delivery. This also depends on the courier service provider
4.8 Do you deliver buy road or air?
All are products are delivered through express mode, so our delivery partner decides if a shipment needs a roadways or airways
4.9 In how many days will the product reach at my destination?
It depends on the location, but usually the product reaches most of the destination within India between 4-7 working days.
4.10 How many attempts will be made to deliver my order?
As a general rule of Logistics 1 Re- attempt is made by the delivery partner. In case this attempt also fails then the product is sent back to OldSold.in under RTO(Return-To-Origin) category
4.11 My order shows ‘Out for Delivery’ but I haven’t got it. When will I get my order?
As a general process - The courier person, carrying your shipment, will call you once that person is near your location
5.1 How can I add or change my number and address?
All our customers can Edit/ Change/ Update their personal details on OldSold.in portal by logging in their profiles.
Please Note: Once the material is shipped, the customer cannot make the changes in the Contact Number or Delivery address. In case the customer still wishes to do so, the customer needs to cancel the current order and reorder. our team will try best to change the address, but this is also depends on the courier partner, so we can’t commit
5.2 What if I want a product which is not listed on the website?
A Customer can reach us directly for the products which are not listed on the website and OldSold.in shall positively try to honour the requirements
5.3 Can I sell used products to you?
We currently buy in bulk only, i.e. more than 100 units in a transaction.
As of now, we do not buy from small quantity but in case we amend the policy then the same will be updated on the website
5.4 I am a dealer how can I contact you?
