Current Openings
Monthly PST (Physical stock count) ensure transaction complete in system and no stock variance.
Products receiving, verification and system inward.
Support activities related to Inward/Outwards, Storage, packaging, billing, dispatch, and related activities.
Ensure all shipments are recorded in the inbound tracker and communicated to the customer.
Follow-up on all deliveries and ensure that shipment is delivered before the affiliate sales closing deadline.
Coordinating in data management and reports preparation on daily basis.
Should have good knowledge of Advanced Excel ( V-Lookup, H- Lookup, Pivot Table, formulas, shortcuts, etc.)
Ability to learn and use inhouse software.
Provide inhouse software training, reconciliation and reports to HOD's.
Controlling of Bills & Payments
Repair & Maintenance of office infrastructure
Vendors and courier management
Manage office, pantry supplies stock and place orders accordingly.
Manage and maintain all the official documents, inward entry for invoices from vendors and service providers.
Keep track and managing of Office and Housekeeping staff.
Organize Office meetings, events.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Expertise in selling of Mobile Phones and Accessories.
Build business along with sales team
Ensure operations compliances such as price & discounts integration, Logistic integration, Sales & Marketing integration and productivity
Responsible for revenue growth
Ensuring all required reports are created on time
Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
Entering data into QC software and checking to ensure the accuracy.
Quality Check - Effective audit of workflow to ensure accuracy
Work together in a team environment .
All QC activities-Responsible for testing, approve or reject of the products
Team handling and giving training to the teams
Meeting daily team targets and quality is mandatory
You will work with tech teams to simplify and automate processes and workflows to improve team output and efficiency.
Perform any necessary analytical work and associated reporting as needed.
Getting gadgets repaired from internal or external service team.
